Discover Your Ministry-Class 301
God didn't design ministry for just the few with seminary degrees. Here at Everlasting Faith Fellowship we believe that every member of our church is a minister. God has a unique purpose for you and we have a special place of service that will allow you to fulfill God's purpose for your life.
We've found that the happiest people at Everlasting Faith Fellowship are those who have discovered their SHAPE and found ways to serve. We are committed to helping you find a ministry that best matches the distinct way God made you. When you serve in a ministry based on your SHAPE, you are fulfilled and you play a major role in helping touch lives here at Everlasting Faith Fellowship Church.
This is what CLASS 301 is all about. Through the SHAPE process, you'll learn how God can use your Spiritual Gifts, Heart, Abilities, Personality and Experience to minister to others in need.
First, God gave you a special ability when you started following Him. We call this a spiritual gift. God gives us this gift to build up our church family and reach out to the world with Christ’s love.
Second, God gives each of us a unique passion for particular activities, subjects and circumstances. God uses those thing we feel deeply about to show us where we can serve without quickly burning out.
Third, you have abilities, given to you before you accepted Christ, that God can use. Those abilities will help you in a ministry.
Fourth, God can use your personality. God can use all of us, whether we're extroverts or introverts; we enjoy routine or variety.
Finally, God has placed a multitude of experiences in your life to help mold you for ministry. God can use many of our experiences in our background to help heal hurts in our church and in our community.
After you finish C.L.A.S.S. 301, you'll have the opportunity to have a personal meeting with one of our ministry placement team members. They will help you analyze your unique SHAPE, and to find a ministry in our church where you will feel fulfilled and see results.
